- We require a minimum monthly income of at least 3 times the rental rate. (e.g., a rental rate of $1,200 requires a minimum monthly income/salary of at least $3,600)
- No previous evictions
- No felony record
- Credit Score rating of 700 or more (for each adult occupant)
- No smoking
- Inquire about pet policy
There is a non refundable application fee for each person over the age of 18 that will be occupying the property. If more than one applicant, each applicant must meet the pre-qualification requirements above.
